Ingredients:

24 cherry tomatoes
24 small balls of mozzarella
Fresh basil
Freshly ground pepper

Method:

Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Step 2
Insert a small ball of mozzarella and a basil leaf before adding the other half and pinning together with a toothpick
Step 3
Finish with freshly ground pepper
