Mini hummus canapés

Ingredients:

300g cooked and drained chickpeas
2-3tbsp tahini (ground sesame paste)
1/2 lemon (juice only)
olive oil
1tbsp salt
1tbsp cumin
1-2 cloves garlic

Method:

Step 1
Blend the chickpeas in a food processor with a little of their water
Step 2
Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt, and continue blending while gradually adding the olive oil until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency
