Mini apple tarts

Ingredients:

1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
2 egg yolks
20cl cream
4 apples

Method:

Step 1
Use the shortcrust pastry to line your mini tart tins
Step 2
Add slivers of apple
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the cream and pour over the apples
Step 4
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C
