For a complete experience, try making cola at home by cooking sous vide 55°C for 1 hour:
- 300gr of water
- 2gr orange peels
- 2gr lemon peels
- 2gr grapefruit peels
- 3gr citric acid
- 150gr white sugar
- 100gr Demerara sugar
- 1gr coriander seed
- half a cinamon stick
- 1 clove
- 0.5gr vanilla pod
- 2 coffee bean
Then filter your syrup and mix it with sparkling water.
