Five-minute sea bass

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4):

4 white fish fillets (sole or sea bass)
1tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
3cl soy sauce
2cl Cointreau
1tsp grated ginger
1tsp white sesame seeds
1tsp crushed peppercorns
1 pinch of Guérande salt

Method:

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 280°C
Step 2
Place the fish in an oven dish and drizzle with olive oil
Step 3
Grill for 5 minutes
Step 4
Serve with a sauce made from the ingredients listed above
