From Orchard to Bottle

Committed to sustainability and the preservation of traditional craftsmanship, we sourced our pomelos locally from a single estate in Corsica, France, where eco- conscious practices, including a water-conscious irrigation system and soil preservation methods are meticulously employed. 

Handpicked and without any post- harvest treatment, our pomelos go through a short supply chain from orchard to glass. Our distillate is then bottled in a lightweight, recycled and fully recyclable glass bottle, crowned with a wooden stopper.
