How to make your own tomato syrup
Step 1/4
In a pot assemble and bring to boiling point:
- 400g tomato pulp
- 40g ginger
- 40g lemongrass
Step 2/4
Filter the mixture and assemble again the tomato with 150g of water and 200g of sugar
Step 3/4
Heat and mix
Step 4/4
Let rest off the heat & serve
