How to make a Simple Syrup
STEP 1/5
In a saucepan heat 500ml of water
STEP 2/5
Bring to a simmer then add 500 g of sugar
STEP 3/5
Stir gently until it starts boiling
STEP 4/5
Remove from heat
Keep stirring until sugar is fully dissolved
STEP 5/5
Let cool before using
