How to make

  • Step 1/2

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir

  • Step 2/2

    Pour in a glass with ice chunk and crusta in half of the glass

*Vanilla tequila: Infusion of a vanilla berry with tequila for 3h at 60 degrees vacuum cooking.

*Mentuccia Romana cordial: Infusion of the mentuccia romana in a water, then add sugar and citric acid and balance

*Sour cherry crust tart: Blend together, salt, biscuits, and dried sour cherry until it becomes a very fine powder
