How to make
* Combine 335g Chopped Yellow Pepper and 270g Chopped Red Pepper and put in a pan on high heat to grill them.
Toast 3.5g coriander seeds in a pan until aromas arise.
Remove all from pan and add into a blender together with 300ml Fresh Tomato Juice.
Add : 6g Sea salt, 2g Black Pepper, 2g Citric Acid, 10g Chopped Chilli (deseeded), 65ml Tequila and 65ml Mezcal all into the blender and blend on high speed.
