How to infuse a teabag. Infusions are an effective (and easy!) way to pack your cocktails with flavor. Today, we're sharing a spiced infusion you can use in your next creation.
How to infuse a tea bag
STEP 1/4
In a tea ball, add 2 cloves, 1/3 crushed stick of cinnamon and lemon peels
STEP 2/4
Add 1 star anise
STEP 3/4
Add a mint leaf
STEP 4/4
Add dried cranberries.
Let infuse in 300 ml of cold water for 20-30 minutes minimum
How to use your infusion? It's great in a Fizz, or a Refresha: 10 ml of infusion, 20 ml of Cointreau, 20 ml of fresh lemon juice.
